Post Hair Transplant Instructions

1. Sleep in a face-upward position for four nights after the operation.
2. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
3. Avoid medications that alter blood flow for at least four days after the procedure.
4. Stop smoking and consuming alcohol for a minimum of 7 days after the operation.
5. You can shower the day after the operation but keep your head dry.
6. Avoid saunas, jacuzzies, and activities that involve excessive sweating for four weeks after the operation.
7. Do not scratch the transplanted area.
8. Follow the hair washing instructions provided by our experts for ten days after the procedure, using our recommended shampoo and panthenol foam spray.
9. Refrain from sexual activity for ten days after the procedure.
10. Do not use a hairdryer for a month after the procedure.
11. Avoid applying chemical substances or bleaches for at least a month.
12. A haircut with scissors is possible after three months, with a trimming machine after six months, and with razor blades after 12 months.
